If you do not like your order you have 15 days from the time it was delivered to you to mail it back to us for a refund. We can not accept any opened items. If an item is opened we can not provide a refund. No exchanges.
You should expect to receive your refund within a week after we receive the product back to us.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you are planning on returning so we can be on the lookout. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please send all returns to:

We do not guarantee same day shipping. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out within the following 3 business days.
We have three different shipping methods:
USPS Priority Shipping (2-4 business days) for $7.95. The 2-4 business days is the time it takes for the order to arrive once it has reached a USPS facility. It does not mean 2-4 business days from when the order was placed.
USPS First Class Shipping (3-6 business days) for $3.95. The 3-6 business days is the time it takes for the order to arrive once it has reached a USPS facility. It does not mean 3-6 business days from when the order was placed. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via USPS First Class Shipping.
FedEx COD (1-7 business days) for $16.95. The 1-7 business days is the time it takes for the order to arrive once it has reached a FedEx facility. It does not mean 1-7 business days from when the order was placed. FedEx COD will ship with Ground shipping. FedEx accepts Cash, Money Order, or Cashier's Check. You must pay the exact total, as FedEx does not give out change, and will not accept the payment if it is not exact. If FedEx has made multiple attempts to deliver the package and no one is available to receive it, the item will be sent back to us. Please note that FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes.
Please be aware of Holiday's, as USPS and FedEx does not work on certain Holiday's which will delay the shipping of the order.
Tracking numbers will be updated once they are scanned in at a USPS facility or FedEx facility.
We are not responsible for damaged items, lost items, or stolen items.
Please make sure you provide a correct shipping address (house number, correct spelling of street name, apartment number, suite number, correct spelling of city, and zip code) to ensure the order reaches its destination. We are not responsible for orders that are sent back or undeliverable if the shipping address is not complete.
International orders will ship via USPS. These orders will take up to 15 business days or longer to arrive.
You will receive an automated email after your order is shipped which will contain your tracking information; however, Hotmail email addresses will not receive any status updates, as our site is not compatible with Hotmail.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world except where Kratom is not legal. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and cannot be shipped to international destinations. Kratom is legal almost everywhere in the world including most of the states in America and in all of Europe. However, it is not legal in Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, Denmark, Finland, Grenada, Lithuania, New Zealand, Romania, Poland, Myanmar, Bhutan, Latvia, and Sweden We do not ship to any countries or states where kratom is illegal.
