Each strain offers a slightly different “aroma,” but generally speaking:
- Red vein kratom usually have the most relaxing and soothing “aroma;”
- White vein kratom usually have the most stimulating and invigorating “aroma.”
- Green vein kratom are often found to be middle ground. Its “aroma” can be both stimulating and invigorating in smaller quantities and more relaxing in larger quantities.
We recommend keeping it simple. Choose a kratom vein color from below based on the aromatic effect you desire.
Kratom is NOT APPROVED for human consumption.
We strongly urge you not to ingest kratom or any of it’s derivatives. But given the reality of things there are persons that are going to ignore our plea of DO NOT INGEST KRATOM and do it anyway.
To not address this issue would be falling short of our responsibility so the short answer is no. Given common sense applications, you can’t overdose on kratom alone.

Kratom is not currently approved for human consumption by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). So we can only sell it as an unapproved dietary ingredient, sold for external use only.
This being the case we can not sell kratom for human consumption, and we can not offer any advice on ingesting it as that would be a violation of the law.
But general knowledge of it’s aromatic potency is easily found. Lower samples of 1 to 4 grams is reported to have a somewhat stimulating effect. While greater samples, 5 to 10 grams are said to have a more relaxing effect. (more…)
