How to Store Kratom Powder & Keep It Fresh

STORE KRAOM CAPSULES

A very common question by our customers is how to store their product. Like many other organic compounds, it degrades if stored improperly.

How Should I Store It?

You want to make sure you respect four key aspects, to ensure your Kratom powder does not go bad prematurely. You want to make sure you keep your powder dry, dark, airtight and cool.

There are four laws when it comes to keeping Kratom in the house. Moisture can obviously dampen the Kratom powder, which would make it much harder to use. Experienced kratom buyers might already be knowing it but prolonged exposure to a moist environment can make your powder soggy and even lead to mould.

Exposure to sunlight can break down the chemicals inside the powder, and thus, render it useless. That’s why it’s important to keep your Kratom in a cabinet or room that does not get a lot of sunlight, if any at all.

If exposed to too much oxygen, Kratom powder gets stale (due to over-oxidization). Make sure you keep it in in an airtight container to avoid this.

Heat can also damage Kratom’s properties. Your Kratom needs a stable, cool temperature. However, that does not mean you need to store it in the fridge or freezer. A cool cupboard will do.
