Shipping rates are based off order weight. We offer USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail on our site. Free Shipping will ship via USPS First Class if the order is under 15.999 oz, USPS Priority Mail if the order is between 1-2 pounds, and FedEx Ground if the order is 3+ pounds. We do not offer Overnight options due to us operating between Monday through Friday from 8:00 am-4:30 pm PST. Orders placed by 2:00 pm PST usually ship the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00 pm PST will be sent the following business day. We do not work on the weekend, so orders placed then will be sent out on Monday. We are off most major holidays, and orders placed then will be sent the following business day. We send out a notification to our newsletter subscribers whenever we will be out of the office.
Tracking numbers are automatically sent once the label is created. If you do not receive your tracking number please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
USPS usually scans in our packages the night we create the shipping label if not the following morning. There are times where USPS will not update tracking for quite some time, and we ask that you be a little patient as the order should be on its way if the tracking number is provided. There are also times where USPS will send the package to an incorrect location, and will then redirect the order to the correct address causing a delay in shipping. We do not guarantee delivery times because of this.
We are not responsible for orders being delayed or shipped back to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or illegible address. If an order has been shipped to an incorrect address due to the shipping address provided being incorrect, we can not send a replacement.
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to USPS’ work schedule, holidays, and weather.
We can not ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington D.C., or Wisconsin.
We can not ship to the following counties: Oceanside, CA; San Diego, CA; Sarasota, FL; Jerseyville, IL; Union County, MS.
